JBoss ON works with EAP using either standalone or domain mode. This includes support for provisioning, configuration drift, patching (of EAP 6.2 and later), user deployments and a better aligned UI presentation.
JBoss ON allows Red Hat customers to integrate the management of middleware with Red Hat global support services. Users may search knowledge base articles or submit support tickets in a contextually relevant manner directly from the JBoss ON console. Note the Red Hat Access menu on the top right of the UI and the ability to Open Support Case from the inventory menu for EAP and EAP layered servers.
